Keeper Pricing 2026: Business Starter, Business, Enterprise
Keeper pricing in 2026: Business Starter $2, Business $4 and Enterprise $6 per user a month billed yearly, plus add-ons, seat rules and a 25-user cost scenario.

Keeper costs $2 per user a month on Business Starter, $4 on Business and $6 on Enterprise, all billed yearly, so a 25-person company pays $1,200 a year on Business and $1,800 on Enterprise. Business Starter is limited to 5 to 10 users. For one person, Keeper Unlimited is $42.99 a year and the Family plan $91.99 for five people. Prices are US dollars, verified on Keeper's pricing pages in October 2026.
The seat price is the start of the bill, not the end of it. Keeper sells dark web monitoring, advanced reporting and compliance reporting as per-user add-ons, and the identity-provider tier that most security teams want is Enterprise, which is sold through a quote. This page prices each layer, computes the bill at 10, 25 and 50 seats, and sets Keeper against Bitwarden and 1Password on the same headcounts.
Keeper plans and prices at a glance

| Business | Company-wide vault with team folders and delegated admin | $4 per user/mo, billed yearly | $48 | No cap on the page | Self-serve, free trial |
| Enterprise | Companies that need SCIM, AD/LDAP, SSO/SAML and role-based access | $6 per user/mo, billed yearly | $72 | No cap on the page | Request a quote, free trial |
| KeeperPAM | Privileged access management on top of the vault | Custom pricing | Quote | Quote | Contact sales |
| Keeper Unlimited (personal) | One person, unlimited devices | $42.99 a year | Same | 1 user | Self-serve, 30-day trial |

Every business plan is quoted per user per month and billed annually, so the monthly figure is the yearly charge divided by 12. The page prints no monthly billing option for business plans, which means the first invoice is for the full year.
Toolradar data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, evaluated 37 password managers for its October 2026 password manager ranking. Four of its 10 top picks have a free plan, and Keeper is not one of them: its entry point is a free trial, then a paid seat. The product profile is on Toolradar.
Business Starter: $2 a seat, but only for 5 to 10 users
Business Starter is the cheapest business seat Keeper sells, at $24 per user a year. It includes the encrypted vault, the admin console, credential sharing and autofill, and the page says it protects 5 to 10 users. A team of 5 pays $120 a year, a team of 10 pays $240.
The cap is the catch. The eleventh user forces the whole team onto Business, where the same 11 people cost $528 a year instead of the $264 that 11 Starter seats would have cost if the plan allowed them. A team that expects to hire past 10 within the year should price Business from the start rather than migrate mid-term.
What Starter lacks is also what a growing company notices first. Shared team folders, delegated administration and the advanced organizational structure are listed under Business, not Starter, so a five-person team with two departments already has a reason to pay the higher seat.
Business: $4 a seat for the full admin console
Business costs $48 per user a year and adds shared team folders, delegated administration, advanced organizational structure and integrations, and a free Keeper Family plan for every user. That last item is worth pricing: the Family plan sells for almost twice the business seat to the public, so an employee who uses it gets a personal benefit worth almost twice the cost of their business seat.
At 10 users Business costs $480 a year, at 25 users $1,200 and at 50 users $2,400. Those totals match Bitwarden Teams, which also bills $4 per user a month on a yearly plan, and sit well under 1Password Business at $8.99, which costs $2,697 a year for 25 people. The full seat-count comparison across eight team plans is in our password manager pricing index.
Business does not include single sign-on. SSO/SAML, SCIM and AD/LDAP provisioning are listed under Enterprise, so a company that signs in through Okta or Entra ID and wants the vault to follow that directory needs the Enterprise seat.
Enterprise: $6 a seat, bought through a quote
Enterprise costs $72 per user a year and adds advanced provisioning (SCIM, AD/LDAP and SSO/SAML), advanced two-factor options, role-based access control and developer APIs. The page shows the price but routes the purchase through "Request a Quote", so finance cannot buy it with a card the way it can buy Business.
For a security team, Enterprise is the plan that makes offboarding automatic. SCIM deprovisioning removes a leaver's vault access when the identity provider disables them, and role-based access control lets an admin scope who can share what. Our Keeper review covers how those controls compare with 1Password and Bitwarden.
The arithmetic at scale: 25 users cost $1,800 a year, 50 users $3,600 and 100 users $7,200. Bitwarden Enterprise bills the same rate and lists SSO on its page too, so the two are priced identically at every headcount, and the choice between them comes down to self-hosting (Bitwarden) against Keeper's add-on catalog.
The add-ons that change the bill
Keeper prices four business add-ons per user per year, on top of the seat:
| Add-on | What it does | Price (USD) | Cost for 25 users a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| BreachWatch for business | Dark web monitoring of employee credentials | $24 per user a year | $600 |
| Advanced Reporting and Alerts (ARAM) | Real-time event monitoring, custom reports, audit trails, SIEM feeds | $12 per user a year | $300 |
| Compliance Reporting | On-demand visibility of record permissions for audits | $12 per user a year | $300 |
| Endpoint Privilege Manager | Local admin rights control on endpoints | $36 per endpoint a year | $900 for 25 endpoints |
A 25-person company on Enterprise that adds BreachWatch, ARAM and Compliance Reporting pays $1,800 plus $1,200 in add-ons, which is $3,000 a year, or $120 per user. That is more than the $107.88 a 1Password Business seat costs before add-ons, so Keeper's advertised seat price understates a fully equipped deployment: the add-ons add two thirds to the Enterprise rate.
Three more lines appear in Keeper's price data. Enterprise secure file storage costs $132 a year for 100 GB, $540 for 1 TB and $2,172 for 10 TB. Professional onboarding is $270 and the platinum professional services package $1,080. Secrets Manager and KeeperPAM are priced on request, so a team that needs machine secrets or privileged session management should get that quote before it signs the vault contract; our guides to the best secrets management tools and the best privileged access management tools show what the alternatives charge.
Personal and family: $42.99 and $91.99 a year
Keeper Unlimited costs $42.99 a year for one person and includes unlimited password storage, unlimited devices and sync, unlimited sharing, biometric login and 24/7 support. The Family plan costs $91.99 a year for 5 users, adds 10 GB of secure file storage, unlimited shared folders and emergency access, and works out to $18.40 per person.
Two people are better off on Family than on two Unlimited plans: the family price against $85.98 is a $6.01 premium that buys three spare seats and the file storage. BreachWatch dark web monitoring is an add-on on both plans, $26.99 a year for one person and $53.99 for the family. Extra file storage runs $13.99 a year for 10 GB, $54.99 for 50 GB and $109.99 for 100 GB.
Bitwarden's free plan and Proton Pass's free tier cover one person at $0, and Bitwarden Families covers six people for $47.88. A household choosing on price alone should read the cheapest password manager for families comparison before it buys Keeper Family.
What the Keeper price leaves out
- Monthly billing. The business plans are billed annually, and the page prints no monthly rate. Budget the full year upfront.
- SSO below Enterprise. SSO/SAML, SCIM and AD/LDAP provisioning are Enterprise features. Business does not connect to an identity provider.
- The add-ons. Dark web monitoring, advanced reporting and compliance reporting are each a separate per-user charge, so a complete deployment costs more than the seat.
- The Starter cap. Business Starter stops at 10 users, and the eleventh person moves the whole team to a seat that costs twice as much.
- Quote-only products. Enterprise is bought through sales, and KeeperPAM, Secrets Manager and the MSP editions carry custom pricing.
- Taxes. Keeper's price data states that prices exclude VAT, so add your local sales tax.
- No free plan. Every plan starts with a free trial, 30 days on the personal plans, and then bills.
Which Keeper plan to buy
- A team of 5 to 10 that will stay that size: Business Starter, at $240 a year for 10 people.
- A team that will pass 10 people or needs team folders: Business, at $48 per user a year.
- A company on Okta, Entra ID or Google Workspace that wants automatic offboarding: Enterprise, at $72 per user a year, and budget ARAM if the SOC needs the events in a SIEM.
- A regulated company: Enterprise plus Compliance Reporting and ARAM, which adds $24 per user a year to the seat.
- One person: Keeper Unlimited, unless a free plan elsewhere is enough; see the best free password managers.
- A household: Family covers five people, and Bitwarden Families covers six for about half the price.
For the full field, the best password managers ranking covers the paid tiers, and Bitwarden pricing and the 1Password vs Bitwarden comparison price the two closest rivals.
